Paul “Bear” Bryant is most famous for coaching college football at Alabama. His career is legendary; he was named the National Coach of the Year three times in the 1960s and ’70s. Since passing away in 1983, he’s been honored with his own postage stamp, country western song, and the Presidential Medal of Freedom. In short, he was a great coach.
