		<description>Have you ever considered opening a gym in the North East part of Sioux Falls?
There is a strip mall on Cliff and Benson that would be pefrect for one of your gyms.
I live in that area and love to have a place to go that was closer to home.  There are alot of people that
work at Citibank - Sanford - TeleDrug - Wells Fargo - Morrells that might be interested.  There are a lot of people that travel that way into town from Dell Rapids, Renner, Crooks, Baltic.
I think that it has the potential for alot of traffic and exposure.
